Once an order has been placed and delivered, we do not accept:

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take utmost care in packaging and dispatching orders.
However, in rare cases:

  • If you receive a wrong item, or

  • If the product is physically damaged at the time of delivery,

You must report the issue immediately at the time of delivery with clear photos or videos.
Requests raised after delivery acceptance will not be considered.

Final decision regarding any such issue rests solely with Shaw Stores.


🚚 Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

  • Orders that are out for delivery or already delivered are not eligible for cancellation.
